The main problem of PET film printing is generally the ink drying problem. This kind of processing has no requirements on the surface characteristics of the material. Pet or BOPP with matte surface can be used for ribbon printing. This method is a commonly used method. However, the cost is high, and large labels are prone to be bent after coating.

Printing and glazing. Use UV ink to print on-line on the rotary label machine and apply UV varnish. The glazing process can use the whole glazing or partial glazing to reserve the printing part. This method is also commonly used by customers.

UV printing method. Printing with UV ink. No film coating or polishing is required, and the printing part is reserved.

Printing drying method. Special oxidation polymerization type quick drying special ink is used. After printing, it is dried by hot air drying and finally rewound.

Natural drying method. This type of label is usually used for manual labeling, so the processing method adopts the method of cutting sheets after roll printing. After printing, the label should be put on the shelf naturally after cutting. Similarly, the ink used is a special oxidation polymerization type quick drying ink.
